Can eating healthy ward off infection, death from COVID?

The study, led by researchers from Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, showed that people who had a healthier diet had a 9 percent lower risk of contracting the virus compared to people who ate a poorer diet. Those who ate healthier were 41 percent less likely to develop severe symptoms.
